We've been customers for a few years now and have always liked the food. We also like the new website and the convenience of ordering online.
One suggestion, though: it's a good idea to check your order before leaving the restaurant. We ordered the **#21 Vegetable Chow Mein** because it was described and pictured on the website as coming with crispy noodles and white rice. When we got home, however, the entrée contained only vegetables and white rice—there were no crispy noodles. There was a small packet of crunchy "cracker" noodles in the bag, but if that's meant to replace the crispy noodles shown in the entrée, the website photo and description are misleading. That was disappointing.
Other than that, the rest of our order was correct. We had requested no utensils or napkins, and the restaurant honored that request, which we appreciated.
We'll definitely continue ordering from here, but next time we'll use the comment section for each item to clearly specify what we're expecting.
